PDA Map Tomtom, please help.

I have just purchased my IPaq 2210 with Uk maps. I also purchased the Westurn europe 8 CD set of maps. I have a couple of questions, and would appreciate some help before I invest in the CF cards.

1. Is it possible to buy a CF memory card for 1GB and load all maps or is this not recommended because of reading speed or some reason. Would there be advantages to having several smaller, ie 256 cards instead of one big one?

2. If I load all maps onto one card can I navigate from an Address in Luxembourg to an address in Spain (so this would be through Lux, France and then Spain). Is this possible or would I have to navigate to edge of Lux, then start again and navigate to Spanish border and th1n again, start at edge of Spain to navigate to final address?

I would not recommend installing all the maps on a 1GB, due to as you suggested the reading speed drops. You cannot navigate from one country to another, what you need to do is navigate from the one border to the other.
