Default Crash Recovery Help

I am planning to use my tt in france, i have loaded the maps onto my cp card and the program is on my pda memory BUT how can i get round a crash that requires a hard reboot, bearing in mind i could be in the south of france and not near my pc and disks.

All advice would greatly appreciated

Do a full backup using the backup facility within Pocket PC. Make sure you back up everything onto the memory card and NOT the flash memory.

Should it crash you can then restore all settings and data to the backup point.

I backup my Pocket PC at least once per week, after any software updates and after any important data entry, usually when it's sat on my desk not doing anything else.
