Question Recommend Free PDA Altitude Software

Presently I have an HP HX-2495B PDA, WM5 & a BT-359 GPS receiver. I have extensively searched for a free, simple, altitude software program to use to no avail. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions someone might provide.

In advance, thanks for your repsonse.
Ben

GPS altitude is very innacurate.

You can find some info here

Martin, I am quite famiular with the inaccuracy of gps readings, as the US Gov has set it up that way purposely. But, I have used a gps software program in the past to read altitudes on a 7000' mesa where I lived. There were two US Geological Survey Benchmarks on my mesa at different locations and my readings were very near the marked altitudes, plus or minus 10 feet. That is good enough for me and what I want it for.

The problem I have is that I used it some 6 years ago and have no recollection or notes to remind this old fart what the program was.

So help this old codger.

Ben

So, again, someone please alert me to a free, simple, GPS software program, compatible with my HP HX-2495b, Win5 and a Global Sat BT-359 gps receiver.
