Tom Tom Go 300 - How do I put speed cameras on?

Hi, I'm sure that this has been explained 100 times before but I am a new member and have missed it! I have just bought a Tom Tom Go 300 and wish to install "Speed Cameras" on it. I have bought a bigger SD card but I don't know what to do. I have an SD reader on my PC. I am a total thicky on the PC so could someone explain to me in plain and simple English how to do it? Thanks.
