can this system be used for detecting safety cameras?

if it can, how do I do it?

idiot proof instructions would be most welcome as I am an idiot

A suggestion is a product called Travel-i, available at www.travel-i.co.uk. There is a FREE version called Travel-iLE which works a treat.

I tried the travel-i free download. It said it would update mobile device at next connection. Nothing happened.

Any other suggestions of databases.
