Copy the sound files to the PROGRAM FILES/CHECKPOINT folder then when Checkpoint is running and the icon is on the bottom of the screen tap on it and select OVERLAY SETTINGS then go into properties for the pocketgps_uk_sc and go to the FIRST WARNING tab and tap on the box with the 3 dots in it which will allow you to browse to the PROGRAM FILES/CHECKPOINT folder to select the relevant sound file. Do the same for the LAST WARNING and your all set up.

hi, i have a hp 2210 with tt3. i have downloaded checkpoint and postcode which works great. yesterday i downloaded the speed camera software from pocket gps and the voice warnings. i have the speed camera icons on the maps and i also have the voice warnings assigned to the gatso and mobile and red light etc. when going past a speed camera etc the icon is on the map but no warning is given.
when checkpoint is running and i click the icon, if i go into overlay settings a file comes up that says "not synchronised" ( i have opened this file and assigned all the speeds etc to the different cameras). also when running checkpoint the initial scroll menu has

general settings
international setting
and so on until synchronize. this synchronize is greyed

i guess that this is the problem but cannot figure out how to synchronize everything

regards

garry

Please...this is all too difficult for me. I'm looking for 'sound' advice as well on my TT3. Is there anybody in the Portsmouth, Southampton or thereabouts in the area, that would be happy to set up these sounds for me. I'll even buy you a beer out of the wife's housekeeping. Two things I would like...1, The post code software which I was totally unable to fathom out, and 2, the warning sounds mentioned above. In fact, is there anybody South of London who could help me out ?
