Default Snooper S4 Neo - Still searching for satellite?

I have recently got a Snooper S4 Neo. After downloading the database etc I have installed the unit in the car and despite 4 or so journeys of 20 minutes or so it is still displaying "Searching for sat......"

Anyone had the same experience or have any suggestions what I am doing wrong? I have installed it as per the instructions and cannot think what else to do really??!!

Helppppppp!!

Does your vehicle have a heat reflective coating? these can block sat signals. You might need a separate aeriel (the black bit behind the rear view mirror is usually not coated and is where such aerials are fitted.
