CheckPOInt sync probs

Recorded some camera POI's, yet when I sync with POI plcae I get an error about incorrect perameters.

Anyone else had this, and know a fix? Or how I can back up my settings (sync settings, recorded POI's etc) prior to a fresh install of CP.

Have you sought support from oabsoftware? They may be able to help.

Have tried (as have others on gpsworld) yet no reply
