Tom Tom 5/ poi warner

Can someone help please, I have been useing poi warner with tom tom nav for years and although they couldnt make it HARDER to use and sync I have managed to win through, until now

I had a problem with it and reinstalled the new version of poi warner for nav 5.
All seemed well until i wanted to 'start sync...'.
It connects to server, downloads and then says my user name is 'not legal' and will not continue, never come up against this before, have checked all passwords, sync numbers etc all seem fine. I have been hours on it,Can anyone help me?!!!!!

Since upgrade to TT5 I had stop using POI, as I found out all I had to do is copy all the files into the greatbrtain map directory it will just work. You can choose even the single file version. To get the data goto pocketgpsworld join their member £20 for a year or if you can provide any newly installed camera this become free.
