European maps downloaded to Tom Tom Go

European maps downloaded to Tom Tom Go

I would like to put European maps on my Tom Tom Go. I have purchased a SanDisk and I have the original CD which includes these maps. I can get them on the Memory card but when I try to put it in my Tom Tom I get an image which shows the sandisk coming out with a large red cross on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
