loading maps

i have an ipaq 3630

i am loading tt3.07 this works fine

i load the maps (on memory card in jacket) uk and it goes fine takes an age though.

when i then start tom tom it comes up with the message that i need to load a map.

help

any ideas

Are you having to activate the software after you have installed it? Also can you see the memory card in FILE EXPLORER?

yes i can see storage card in explorer

yes i am activating after it is installed

any ideas

moet32 i have tried the same setup and for some reason it says it cannot find the maps, but they can be seen in file explorer, i dont know if its a bug with the 3630.
