Is it only me or TomTom 5 London map really is a downgrade of TomTom 3? The more I use TomTom 5 in London the more I scream and swear every time I get told to turn into one way streets (against flow), drive through walls, turn where turns are forbidden and not turn when turns are OK. I know GPS navigation should be taken with a pinch of salt but it is so apparent that TomTom 3 maps were 90% more useable than TomTom 5 maps. Often it is not a case of ignoring a turn when instructed, often you end up in a gridlocked road with no turns to escape from there just to be directed into another dead end road having driven there for an hour (sitting in a traffic). It simply cannot be true... If these mistakes are not purposeful then where the hell were these maps copied from??? |
