I need help with loading maps from CDs'

Hi there

I must admit I joined to be able to get some help with my problem, but after reading lots of posts and their answers on the forum, I am very impressed how it all runs..great job guys!

Ok..I am having trouble with loading Western Europe Maps onto my tomtom Go 300.
First I have Great Britain on my 2GB card and I added France, which was going great and was activated with no problems. Now I want to add the rest of western europe and started with Benelux-francais 58mb, but when I went to switch maps, France has gone!..yikes help..its seems that Benelux has written over France as Great Britain is still there

I would be delighted for any help at all

Hi

I had the Tomtom connected to the pc and the Cd with the maps on in the drive and SD card inserted in the Tomtom, then chose 'Tomtom go' from the disc set-up window.

Isn't france part of that mapset?

So you've loaded the whole region, rather than simply France which sto me seems logical that the installer would remove France, and install Benelux instead.

Or are you saying that Benelux has every other country for the region, EXCEPT locations in France?

Can you browse the map and see france, or do you see a gap where france should be?
