speech recognition file not installed

Just got a refurb 720 had a prblem with installing latest maps sorted with TT`s on line help .All worked fine for a while but last night I got a message saying SPEECH RECOGNITION FILES NOT INSTALLED I do not know what happend .Any idea how I can find and reinstall these files ?I made a backup file after I downloaded the new maps using windows explorer.ps also I hven`t got the symbol for the MP3 player on the screen while it is in use.

Have you connected it to to tomtom home and selected update my go?
