Go 540 - No internet connection

Hi there - just purchased new 540 Go "Live"

ALl working fine apart from the internet connection via the inbuilt SIM. Apparently it doesnt think there is one although the IMEI number is there (and the SIM ID), I cannot get it to connect.

It was purchased with 3 months trial (I believe)

Any help out there. I can't read the "error 107" any more times!!!
