Can anyone tell me why my Tom Tom doesnt recognise when I have a text message, let alone read it aloud? It can make and receive calls fine though.

This feature is very phone dependent with few phones actually working with the SMS read aloud fuction - What phone are you using? - Mike

That phone isn't listed at all on the TomTom web site so they won't offer any support for the problem, as I said earlier most phones don't work with the read out SMS feature, unless TomTom test the specific model of phone you have and add it to their chart of compatible devices they won't offer support - Mike
