Thumbs down Go 710 Failure

Hi
I've got a major problem with my Go 710, which unfortunately packed up a little out of warranty. I've tried recharging, and the green light comes on and indicates that the unit is fully charged, but it just won't fire up when I press the start button.
What, if anything, am I doing wrong, and is there anything I can try?
Thanks
Paul

Paul, can you try resetting the device with a pin and can you feel the reset switch move when you apply pressure to it? Just to make sure the reset switch is underneath the device adjacent to the electrical connection strip? Paperclips are OK for resetting these devices but quite often there diameter is too large to operate the switch - Mike

Talking Go 710 Success!

Hi Mike & Derek
Sorry about the delay, but it took me ages to find the thread, and I only noticed today you'd replied. Thank you both. Your solution worked a treat, and I am still the proud owner of a Go 710!! Goodness knows what I'd have done this summer - it's the only way sanity is maintained travelling through Paris!!!!!
Cheers, and thanks again.
Paul
(very happy)
