Can these be ordered to be delivered and set up here before a trip to the USA? We could then take our Tom Tom Go with us.

Go to www.tomtom.com you might be able to get them direct from Tom Tom.

Yes they are available from both the TomTom site, Plus Services, on CD, SD Card or download and various UK sites for CDs covering USA & Canada.
