Help please

Hi Guys,
I was bought a Tom Tom Satellite Navigation system for christmas, this one:



I've managed to master the basics of route planning etc, I just wondered if there was anyway to add things like locations of speed cameras.
A step by step idiots guide would be much appreciated.
