help activating my map please

hi, i purchased my tomtom in january, and the other day i upgraded to the new software, and upon restarting it said my maps had not been activated and that i need to go to ttcode.com, so i did only to find out that i need a product code to get the activation code, and i cant find it, i've been in touch with tomtom and they tried to email me an application that retrieves the product code from the pc that it was installed on, but my email blocked it. does anyone else have this app? tomtom haven't got back to me yet, and i use mine everyday for work, been using maps all this week and its hell.

first you must find the product code on the cd box maybe paper package after that you must go to www.ttcode.com/ and type this number there. after that you must type the device number that you can find on one of the last options on your tomtom menu and only after they will show to you the activation code
