Received my new unit today and having switched it on and then off it now won't switch back on?

Does anybody have any suggestions or shall I return it to Total PDA pronto?

Connect the power supply and press and hold the power button and it should come on.
If not press the reset button on the underside.
If it's still the same contact us to arrange to get it exchanged.
