TTG upgrade 5

Hi I have upgraded to version 5 but it asked me for activation code which I did but it wouldn’t accept it, and now I can’t get a USB connection and get a picture of the rear of the TTG with a red cross over a USB symbol.

Help plzzzz

The red cross simply means do not unplug the USB cable. Reboot your PC and try connecting it up again and tell us what happens when you plug it in.

I left it for a bit and now its working. I dont understand it!!!!!!!!!!
