tt 300 screen gone mad ?

found out the tt was knackerd and returned it

.

hi ive just tried to instal the speed camera poi on my mates new tt go 300 and now when i turn it on the screen gose through the boot up slider bar the stops at the red hands all flickering ? anyone any ideas before i have to tell him ive knacerd it .? please help im getting desparate .
