TomTom Free Download POI Sites & POI Limits

POOR POI FILES WITH TOMTOM - GOOD POI SOURCE REQUIRED

I have been very dissapointed with the POI's included with the tomtom Go 700, indeed all the swimming pools on the device were in Germany !

What I want is a regularly updated, consistent, free, POI download centre, - I know its not much to ask for !

I have found a site that offers a lot of different POI files;

It does seem to pretty much meet my ideal, but I wondered if anyone knows of anything better than this, perhaps theres a well kept tomtom brotherhood secret ?

This www.tomtomfree.com site I have found does seem to offer what I want , but before I start downloading files regularly, I wondered if there is something better (for UK). I have seen POI handler, but found it hit and miss. I have also seen pocketGPS collection but thought many were out of date. All help very much appreciated

POI LIMITS

There is another issue that the TomTom Go 700 (V 5.2) has a limit of 27 extra POI files before it stops recognising them. With 10 downloaded for the Speed Camera database, that leaves very few POI's for me to use.

I have downloaded some files from this site, and the collections are very large and seem to contain lots of single files welded together. They work well, and I can get many more on the tomtom, I just wondered does anyone know another solution, a hack to get the POI limit removed ?
