Default Tom tom service is crap

Ive emailed i ve rang and get the same response..

When you phone you get a record message telling you they are busy and then it hangs up .. no reply to email, and the website is S**T does not help..

I think ..its a goodbye to the crap called tom tom.... only had it a couple of days and i m glad to say i m not gonna keep it

i Can connect my mobile via booth tooth ie it knows its there. but when i try to connect to the traffic service, it starts to connect and the drops out.. I cant get it to connect.. I have a k700i mobile on pay as you go 02.. I really need this service to work i have the tom tom 300
