Tom Tom Go Product Code

Hi,

I have recently bought a Tom Tom Go 300 with the UK mapping. I am going on holiday to France soon and have therefore bought a genuine Tom Tom Go France SD card off Ebay.

When I try and activate the map it doesn't seem to work. I have my device code and product code which came with my Tom Tom, but when i try and activate the France map it doesn't work. Does anybody know if the france sd card should come with it's own product code?

the france card does have its own code which would have been in with the packaging, check that it is on a thin credit card type bit of plastic.
