Lost Files

Hi Guys

First post

Thought I was quite up to speed with P C's and the like. Just purchased a Tom Tom 500 and wanted to download a voice (John Cleese) But I can't find the downloaded zip files anywhere.
Received an email confirming payment, another with an attachment..but they were not there. Am I missing something?
