Voice Files!

Has anybody purchased Tom Tom Go voice files from the Tom Tom web site? I did but can't find the zip file to down load. I had an automated email confirming my purchase and said it woud be shipped!! surley it must be downloadable from the web site............am I missing something

Thanks in advance, I have been trying the usual channels but have not got anywhere.
any new voices will be great. the voices that come with the ttg300 get through on a long journey
