TTG upgrade

Hi, I've only just got round to thinking of upgrading my TTG Classic. I've ordered a new 256 card and am wondering what the steps might be to upgrade. At the moment I'm only running the version that it came with App4.400 OS:200 GPS V1.21.

Can anyone advise ?
