Default Tom Tom charging options

Some how my car charger has gone missing and i am looking to replace it.

Are the non Tomtom labelled ones just as good ( ie £6.99 from ebay) or should i be paying the £20 for the gen part?

Also does anyone know if these adaptors are any good

we use the AC DC charger in www.totalpda.co.uk to test equipment in doors. TomTom don’t physically make the chargers as i am aware they are just branded TomTom.

so any car charger from say, ebay, will work fine and i'll get the AC DC adapter to use indoors - is it the chargers or the TT that is built to prevent overcharge??
