The tomtom will not copy your address book over from the 910i as this phone does not allow for that. The only thing you could do is to sync your phone with a PC and export your address book as a text file with the format "name","phone number" ("joe bloggs","0123 123456")and then connect your tomtom and copy this text file across. Works with the 700 but not sure of the 500. Even with my 750i and 700 whilst I can get the address book across when phone rings just shows incoming call and not name and number. Tomtom support will not be a great help either.
