Tomtom Postcodes

Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a newer version for the postcode database. I am running Tomtom 5.21 and have been using the full postcode for about 12 months now but it seems to be getting more and more out of date especially in the centre of London. There also seems to be a lot of the numbers missing from the streets.
