Angry Signal problems

I have a TomTom Go 300 which I use in two vehicles. When used in my VW Passat I have almost full signal strength at all times. However, when used in my Peugeot 307 I do not receive any signal. I have driven for 3000 miles and absolutely nothing. I bought a TomTom external aerial which is mounted on the roof of the Peugeot. Again, weeks of absolutely no signal at all.

I thought that any Peugeot related problem would have been solved by the external aerial.

Any thoughts gratefully received.

The 307 has a coated screen, hence the no signal.

The fact it's not working even with the ext aerial suggests that the TT isn't connecting to the aerial for one reason or another.

Check your connection. If still no joy, I'd contact TT support as could be a fault with the connector on your 300.
