Go Home!

Anyone having problems with their Home software.
I am having problems with both v1.1 and the latest.
I get errors when I attempt to backup which means after having my GO 510 for two weeks I still don't have a backup.......that is not good.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times and I'm still having the same problems.
Anyone can help please?
