TomTom Traffic subscription

Hi all,
recently purchased a TomTom 710, and then purchased a years subscription to TomTom traffic and safety cameras, Then i find out that my Motorola RasRV3 phone don't work with my TomTom, Its ok with blue tooth phone, but can't get any connection.
So can anyone tell me how i contact TomTom to arrange a possible refund for my subscription
