TT 510 Serial number help please!

Hi there, I hope someone can help me. I'm trying to order the replacement car mount for my 510 but am having trouble entering the serial number as I appear to be entering it in an invalid format.

I am getting the number from the rear of the device as instructed, it starts with a V then seems to be (my eyesight ain't what it used to be!) 5 numbers, a lower case letter followed by another 5 numbers. I'm taking this from just above the barcode. What am I doing wrong?

Serial Numbers usually have s/n or S/N before the number. If this is the number you are looking at, make sure you are not getting the 1 (number one) and l (lower case L) mixed up. Sometimes 0 (zero) and O (the letter O) can be confusing.

I had trouble entering my code as well.

I phoned TomTom on 0845 161 0009 and the chap ordered one for me. Give them a call and I'm sure they'll sort it for you
