Question TomTom GO 710 Issue **HELP**

Well, I love my TomTom I love it so much I finally got the chance to update the software so I popped the SD card into my computer and downloaded the update go to install and wouldn't you know it I get an error first was could not write file ttsystem then another and the list just goes on. I don't know what to do I need this unit for work as I drive all over the place for work. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it because the tom tom website dosen't offer any help for my problem although alot of people have had similar issues. Thanks!

Tomtom home should have made you back up the info before you did anything. You should be able to use tomtom home to reload the back up.

If not call tomtom on 08451610009.

I did try using the back up sorry I neglected to say that, another problem I had. Anything else I can do before I decide to give them a ring?

If the backup hasnt worked your best bet is to phone them.

Any other way other than calling them? Since I really don't have time for that due to work (9am until whenever I get home)

Alright so I can't call them because I am working and I don't feel like writing a million lines of bs code that this thing is spitting out someone I am sure has had this problem I am trying to install the update right now...and I get this Exception Processing Message 0xc00000a3 Parameters 0x75E4023C 0x87808E2C 0x75E4023C 0x75E4023C and I hit continue twice to the same error than I get Could not open destination file F:\ttsystem for writing so I click done and also a bubble pops up saying a file is corrupt well no duh man, sooo..I click done and I get a box saying Line 7: unknown target device: 'mobile_S60v3' a click ok and I am back to square one and this is iritating I am really about to delete all the files and replace them with my mothers but I am not sure if it's possible someone please help me I don't have time for this crap.
