TomTom Mobile Bluetoooth GPS no Signal

Hi,

I currently have an I-Mate SP3i running TomTom 4.400, however I'm having trouble getting TomTom to communicate with my GPS PS-3100 receiver.

The receiver worlks fine with Pocket Streets

Any ideas?

I'm having trouble with my TomTom Nav 5 getting a signal too. I went through a long tunnel the other day...lost the signal and when I came out the other end couldn't get a signal to show me the way for about 1/2 hour afterwards making me totally lose my way! Is there a way of getting a better conncetion to the sattellites? I tried resetting my palm but it still doesn't work. I noticed sometimes if I turn on my Tomtom first and wait until it flashes it links up ok but not always.
