Talking Not Saving Tom Tom settings

Hi All,

I have a bit of a problem with Tom Tom mobile version 5 on my nokia 6600.

It will not save any of the settings or POI preferences or even my home details.

When I change the settings exit from TOM TOM and go back into it all the settings are lost.

My version is, 5.000 (419) GPS v1.20 GB Map v5.62

Can anyone shed anylight on this?

Dont worry I have solved this myself.

I have the same problem, same versions but in a C500.
How did you solve the problem?

Have now solved it for myself.
Here's how.

Move the navigator.cfg file from the tomtom folder to the map folder and it saves your setting changes. Dunno why it's not seeing it in the tomtom folder but this has sorted the problem for me.

Use the Nokia software to access the mobile phone,

There is a file within the tom tom folder structure with a .cfg extension.

this file is set to read only, all you need do is untick the read only attribute and away you go.
