Tomtom Mobile - Deleted File

Cananyone help please. I am running mobile 5 on my Nokia 6680. For some reason I deleted the file Great Britain map from, I think my gallery, now I cannot get into TomTom. System tells me no maps found. In my file manager the file is still on the memory card. Can anyone tell me how to restore. I cn copy the file off the card but dont know where to copy it to.
