Route Demo Problem

hi everybody,

i got a TTM5 on my 6260 and it all work great. but right after i try to view a walking route demo, the route demo not working anymore. always on the sky and no road show. i did try to uninstall and reinstall TTM5 with no luck. problem still here.

anyone have the same problem?

some body can teach me how i can get my route demo running again?
