tomtom mobile on m2000

I've just installed tomtom on my new m2000, and whilst i can interact with it using my slide-down keyboard, i can't seem to get the program to respond to any screen taps.

has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone have any suggestions for how to fix it?

Just so you know, its not tomtom mobile you have running on your PDA (hope its not) it will be tomtom 5, make sure you have tomtom up to date by

1) www.tomtom.com
2) click on support, PDA navigation,tomtom nav 5, updates manuals,
3) you will see the recent updates download and install to your PDA
