Default Help!

Having a bit of an issue installing / upgrading tomtom nav 5.

My Orange M2000 has been replaced due to it being faulty. I run a mac so I'm installing activesynce on friends computer and trying to re-install that way.

Now tried 2 friends computers and they're both not allowing tomtom to be installed fully...

I managed after 4 hours last night to force tomtom 5.0 onto my pda by sheer will (taking it out and putting it back in the cradle repeatedly until the files magic'd their way over!!). I'm trying to put 5.21 on today as i've got the standard 5'0 problem (with the m2000/ XDAIIs) of not being able to use the screen keyboard.

The tomtom installer screen is coming up, the activesync is connecting (i'm using 3.7.1 as i can't get 3.8 to work either!! and at least it came on my disc and worked originally) but is then hanging. I'm letting it run for 10 or 15 minutes and nothing is changing- just the animated icons showing file transfer on the installer...

Has anybody else come across this? Anybody know how I can sort it and update to the full 5.21 version (all I want to do is replace the damn file on my pda nut I've got to use the .exe installer to do it (or do I??)
