I don’t like to use IR to unreliable I would recommend you install over sync cable, install the maps to folder on PC and drop them onto the memory card.

Try going one step further with Pocket PC, it will then give you another option to store on Storage card!

Hi Guys, I have a similar problem, except I can get the maps on my SD card but when I start TomTom 3 it says "No Maps found, please install a map first, any ideas?

I have an O2 XDA2 with TomTom3 and 3.07 update

Your help would be appreciated

I had the same problem with my sd card. I had to reformat the card as FAT and not FAT 32, then put the software back on it (something to do with versions of operating systems I was told)
