Default problems loading Tomtom nav & updates

Can any one help? Big problems with Hot sync when trying to load V4.4of TT Nav,it wont fully copy across. It did just once, then said not enough space on sd card. So I brought a 256 sd card, manually copied TT nav across, which worked, untill i hot synced, then the TT nav opened, then went blank and the screen flashes.Generally, most times I HSy, the HS seems to crash. (unless it takes more than 5 mins to HS). I also tried to install TT nav to the new Sd card with the CD supplied and Hot Sy, as per instructions, but that didnt want to work. I,m really lost and confused......I bet you are now also!!

I'm really not sure why it's not working for you. What happens if you try and reload TomTom to the original SD card?

Give TomTom a call on 0845 161 0009 for some advice.

P.S. Steuart this is the Palm version we are discussing which runs from the SD card.

Thanks Charlie.
By the way, TomTom were fantastic....very helpful indeed. The guy there spent an hour try to solve the problem. It ended up being a faulty new SD card. Thanks again
