TT3 Nav - Map Install " disk access problem"

Hi, i can install tt Nav and gps applications but when it follows on and goes to map install the error comes up "disk access problem" I looked at a map problem on another thread and i have checked my SD card and thats working fine! I have also tried to install the map onto a folder on my pc as suggested by charlie but the same disk access problem comes up! So basically can`t install any maps as that problem comes up! Anyone any ideas?

Clean the CD and try loading it from another PC. If neither sorts it then I'd try and get your CD swapped.
