Default tomtom satalite probs

hi i have a dell axim a5 and with a cf slot rikline 2010 gps, i have installed tomtom several times and had it working. However I let the batterys go flat one to many times, so had to re-install, it went well up untill finding the sats it found three but tomtom would not find the location(still serching) I left it for several hours but still would not register.
Please help

If you start again by hard resetting the PDA then install TomTom and go to their website and download their latest update (v3.07) then try it again.

tried and tried again downloaded update but still the same problem, any other sugestions greatly appreciated, many thanks.

Perhaps your receiver is giving you problems. Have you another you can try or maybe try your receiver on another PDA?
