Bluetooth help!

We are running 5 IPAQ 1940s with Tomtom nav 3, and have experienced quite a few problems with them all - the newest one is only about 3 weeks old.

The main problem seems to be on the bluetooth side of things. I've set them all up in the office, but when on the road (predictable.....) they stop working. Just had a call from one of the owners who is about 80 miles away and he can get no connection at all - it just says "bluetooth disabled". I've read through some of the posts on here about updates etc etc, but to be honest, it's all a bit "complicated".....

So, if anyone has to hand the "idiots guide to set up" could they post it for me please?!!

There isn't an idiots guide as such. Just a load of collected info.
GPS Disabled usually means that the settings for the receiver have been changed...normally it would say GPS position unreliable of it was a signal issue. Get the ower to check what settings are selected in GPS Status.
