Red face hanging TOMTOM

Can anyone help? I have an IPAQ 2210 and Rikaline Bluetooth GPS receiver.
Everything works fine for about 15/20 minutes and then the screen just hangs. Speed, time, signal strength...the whole screen just stuck.I have to exit the programme and re select the address to navigate to and then it works again for a while. The receiver would appear to be still transmitting and there is still a flashing blue light on the IPAQ and both have plenty of power. I have adjusted the settings on the IPAQ so that it does not go into stand by mode or shut off the back light

What Rom do you have on the PDA?
How to check your ROM revision & update
On the PDA click on: Start, settings, system, asset viewer, version and check the ROM Revision e.g. 1.00.03 ENG You can update your ROM direct from HP web site http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/support.html Tick the Download drivers and software And enter your model number 2210. This will then take you to the download section for your IPAQ. The BIOS section is what you want to be downloading in order to update the ROM. Once you download the file it is all self explanatory.

What GPS driver do you have on the PDA?
