tomtom or bluetooth on a budget

hey,
just bought a acer n30 pda and i am wondering what i need to buy to have a gps system in my car.Do i have to use bluetooth receivers or are there alternatives?
im looking to spend about £160 ish all in hopefully less though!?
any tips appreciated,just a beginner.
